Child LifeSG Credits – Who Qualifies and How to Use Them
Children born between 2013 and 2024 will receive $500 in CLC during the week of July 7, 2025. For children born in 2025, the payout will be made in April 2026. These credits will be automatically deposited into the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee’s digital wallet via the LifeSG mobile app.
Families can use the credits for everyday household expenses such as groceries, pharmacy purchases, utilities, or transport. No application is needed, and parents will be notified via SMS when the credits have been credited.
Education Support Through Edusave and PSEA Top-Ups

In addition to the CLC, the government will provide a $500 one-time top-up to eligible children’s Edusave accounts and PSEA in last month July 2025. Parents will receive an SMS notification once the funds are credited.
These top-ups are in addition to the government’s regular annual contributions to Edusave, offering extra help with educational expenses such as school fees, enrichment courses, and other learning needs.
Strengthening Support for Families
The combined measures aim to help parents manage rising child-raising costs while ensuring that children have the resources they need for their education. By delivering these payments directly and without requiring applications, the government ensures quick and efficient support to households across Singapore.
